Doing the Maths:

Eat the right amount of protein for your weight. You should eat 1.5g of protein for every kilogram you weigh.  Only 20-30% of your total calories should come from fat.  So if you weigh 7kg you will need to eat 105g of protein a day.

Multiply your ideal body weight in pounds by 10 to know how many calories you need to eat each day.  So if you’re trying to slim down to 125 pounds then cut dow to 1250 calories.

Take vitamin A and D in the correct ratio. This is roughly 12.5:1, or 5000iu to 400iu.  This will help your body absorb the vitamins.Vitamins A&D are available in this ratio from G&G.
