Now before I start, I want to let you know I’m not condoning zero exercise. Exercise is essential and something you should do regularly! But if your primary concern is weight loss, exercise can just be that extra something to firm things up. The fact is that 90% of your waistline battle is won or lost in the kitchen.
So here’s the first and major factor: EAT REAL FOOD.
What do I mean by real food? I’m talking about vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, fruit, and nuts. Why does this work? Because you’re only eating foods that you’re genetically engineered to thrive on: high quality, high energy real foods. Not from a box, not from a bag, not passed to you through a window by a teenager on minimum wage. Food that the good old earth around us has supplied.
